Terms & Conditions Voice It Podcast Agency & Your Fairy Podmother®

This agreement governs your use of services provided by Voice It Podcast Agency and Your Fairy Podmother®, both owned and operated from the United Kingdom. Use of our websites or booking services indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions
“We” / “Us”, / “Our” refers to Voice It Podcast Agency / Fairy Podmother.
“You” / “Client” refers to the individual or organisation booking our services.
“Training & Speaking Services” include workshops, masterclasses, coaching, and speaking engagements (online or in person).
“Production Services” include podcast editing, production, and related ongoing support or one-off projects.
“Fees” refers to amounts paid by you for any services.

2. Booking & Payment
All services must be prepaid in advance, except where otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. Payment methods are listed at checkout on the website.

3. Training & Speaking (Online / In‑Person)

3.1 Scheduling & Access
You will receive session links or venue information upon payment. Access rights cannot be transferred without our approval.

3.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 14 days before the session: Full refund. Less than 14 days before the session: No refund. Discounted/promo packages: Non-refundable. Rescheduling: Allowed with at least 14 days’ notice; late changes may incur a fee at our discretion. No-shows: No refund or reschedule option.

4. Production Services

4.1 Monthly/Retainer Services
Requires one month’s written notice to cancel. Cancelling with less notice incurs a charge for the next paid month.

4.2 One‑Off/Project Work
Project timelines and cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing at the start. If cancelled without notice, full project fees apply.

4.3 Deliverables & Deadlines
You must submit finished audio/material at least 7 full days before the scheduled publication date. We may set earlier deadlines to ensure quality delivery. Failure to provide materials on time may delay publication, for which we are not liable.

5. Agency-Initiated Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
In those cases, you can choose:

1. A full refund (within 10 working days), or

2. Rescheduling to a mutually agreeable date.

6. Refunds & Credits
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days via the original payment method. Any unused credit is held for future services for 12 months from the issue date.

7. Client Responsibilities
Ensure content/materials comply with UK laws, including libel, defamation, copyright, and data protection. Obtain necessary permissions and licences for materials provided. We are not liable for unauthorised or unlawful content.

8. Intellectual Property
Training materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Finished podcast productions are licensed to you upon full payment. We reserve the right to feature them in our portfolios and marketing.

9. Confidentiality
We commit to treating your materials and information as confidential. However, we may share your work with subcontractors under confidentiality terms.

10. Liability & Disclaimer
We provide services with reasonable skill and care.

We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, or losses due to:
– Late submissions by you,
– Technological issues beyond our control,
– Use of materials in ways not authorised by us.

11. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is processed as per our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR and UK Data Protection laws. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy terms.

12. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services or website after updates indicates acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
